Off-by-One is Singapore's annual cybersecurity conference for the offensive security community. Two days of deeply technical talks covering vulnerability research, reverse engineering, exploit development, operating system internals, and the occasional reminder that memory safety was perhaps more of a suggestion than a requirement.
The conference is built around technical substance rather than marketing theatre. Talks are peer reviewed by practising researchers, which significantly lowers the risk of discovering halfway through a session that the "novel security paradigm" is, in fact, a product SKU.

The Off-By-One Conference is a premier gathering of offensive cybersecurity professionals, researchers, thought leaders and innovators from around the region. This dynamic conference will provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussions on the most pressing offensive security challenges facing organizations today.
Given the growing interest and recognition of the importance of offensive security practices in Asia, the current landscape is sorely lacking in delivering affordable, high-quality, in-depth community research driven contents.
Viewing this gap as an opportunity, the founding members, comprising of thought leaders and practitioners in Singapore decided to develop Off-By-One Conference as an authentic, innovative, collaborative and advocacy platform to bring together people who are passionate about offensive security.
As the offensive security landscape continues to evolve, the Conference will also serve as a community to nurture and showcase new and uprising researchers locally and regionally, driven by the dream of the founding members to make Off-By-One as the go-to offensive security conference in the region.
